AnviTech Space operates on a requirement-first model. Project deliverables, architecture specifications, milestones, and payment terms are documented in individual project agreements.
Upon final settlement, custom-developed codebases, bespoke assets, and project configurations become the exclusive property of the client, while proprietary AnviTech Space products (such as LenDen Bahi, LabourMate, RealtyMate) remain the IP of AnviTech Space.
Delivered custom systems include an initial post-deployment verification and bug-fix warranty. Ongoing server administration, feature expansion, and continuous maintenance are governed by dedicated service-level agreements (SLAs).
